Return and Refund Policy
We thank you for shopping with us and guarantee your right to be unsatisfied with any product. However, we invite you to review our policy regarding the return of goods and refunds.
Returning Purchases:
- If you wish to return any item from your order, you must inform us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. Notifications can be made via email, WhatsApp messages available on the website, or Instagram messages.
- We will refund the value of the products to be returned, minus the delivery and return shipping costs: a total of 35 for domestic returns within Saudi Arabia, and 60 for returns from the Gulf countries, Jordan, and Egypt. The amount will be refunded within 10 business days from the receipt and inspection of the returns to the payment card (weekends and official holidays are not counted as part of the days).
Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns and exchanges are suspended 10 days before the two Eid holidays (Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha).
Orders from Europe, America, and Canada cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The customer is responsible for returning the products to us by delivering them to the nearest branch of the specified shipping company, depending on availability in their area. This must be done within 3 business days from the issuance of the return policy; otherwise, the policy will be considered void, and the order cannot be returned.
Exchanging Purchases:
- Exchanges are available if the item you wish to exchange is in stock, and the exchange shipping cost is 35 SAR.
